Protocol B-10 A Protocol to Compare Combined Chemotherapy With and Without C. parvum + Hydrocortisone in The Management of Patients with Surgically Curable Breast Cancer Specific Aims The aim of this study is to test the following hypothesis: C. parvum immunotherapy added to surgery and chemotherapy is more effective than surgery and chemotherapy alone; i.e., surgery with L-PAM + 5-FU + C. parvum + hydrocortisone (PF+CP) is more effective in prolonging disease-free survival and survival than surgery with L-PAM + 5-FU (PF). ![]() |
