Protocol B-18 A "Unified" Trial to Compare Short, Intensive Preoperative Systemic Adriamycin-Cyclophosphamide Therapy with Similar Therapy Administered in Conventional Postoperative Fashion Specific Aims To determine whether four courses of preoperative chemotherapy will more effectively prolong disease-free survival and survival than do four courses of the same chemotherapy (Adriamycin and cyclophosphamide) given postoperatively. ![]() |
