Protocol B-27 A Randomized Trial Comparing Preoperative Doxorubicin (Adriamycin) Cyclophosphamide (AC) to Preoperative AC Followed by Preoperative Docetaxel (Taxotere) and to Preoperative AC followed by Postoperative Docetaxel in Patients with Operable Carcinoma of the Breast Specific Aims The primary aim is to determine whether four cycles of preoperative or postoperative Taxotere given after four cycles of preoperative AC will more effectively prolong survival than do four cycles of preoperative AC alone. ![]() |
