A Clinical Trial to Compare Adjuvant Leucovorin and 5-FU (LV+5FU) with Adjuvant MeCCNU, Vincristine and 5-FU (MOF), in Patients with Dukes' B and C Carcinoma of the Colon
Specific Aims
The primary purpose of this study is to determine whether adjuvant therapy with combination 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin is more effective than MeCCNU, VCR and 5-FU in prolonging disease-free survival and survival in patients undergoing curative resection of adenocarcinoma of the colon.
