A Clinical Trial to Assess the Relative Efficacy of 5-FU + Leucovorin with or without Interferon Alfa-2a in Patients with Dukes' B and C Carcinoma of the Colon
Specific Aims
The primary purpose of this study is to compare the relative efficacy of 5FU + LV with that of 5FU + LV + IFN-a2a in prolonging disease-free survival and survival of patients undergoing curative resection of Dukes' B or C adenocarcinoma of the colon.
